The band couldn’t tour last year while live music was mostly shut down due to the pandemic, but they’re hitting the road this year and playing “Tales from Yellowstone,” Costner announced in a recent Instagram post.
The band will be doing a short tour in late August and early September that will take them entirely through the South and Midwest. On August 24, they kick off their tour at the famous Heritage Hall in Ardmore, OK, and continue their journey through Texas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Minnesota, before concluding the run in Decatur, IL at the Lakeshore Amphitheater. Tickets for some of the shows are available via Bandsintown, so go ahead and get ’em while their hot.
In an Instagram video marking the release of “Tales from Yellowstone” last year, Costner described the album as “written with ‘Yellowstone’ on my shoulder” and “about all the feelings I had while making the show.”
Will a few shows be enough to tide fans over until November?
