Sylvester Stallone Back For James Gunn’s Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3


Sylvester Stallone will reunite with writer/director James Gunn with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

After a bizarre and tumultuous journey that included a brief firing, a stint with Warner Bros. and DC Films with The Suicide Squad and an eventual reinstatement, James Gunn is finally behind the camera directing the long-awaited Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana and the rest of the surviving members of the previous film are back, and another actor is now confirmed to return: Sylvester Stallone.

In Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Sylvester Stallone Stakar Ogord, a high-ranking member of the Ravagers. His role in the film was relatively small, but the film teased a big future for him and his team. Now, we got official confirmation that he will reprise his role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. On his official Instagram, Sylvester Stallone shared a video undergoing the face duplication process on the set of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3:

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will mark the third consecutive collaboration between Sylvester Stallone and James Gunn. The Academy Award-nominee lent his voice to Nanaue AKA King Shark in The Suicide Squad. The extent of his role in this new film is unknown, but it would make sense if it were expanded from the previous film.

Written and directed by James Gunn, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Sean Gunn, Sylvester Stallone, Will Poulter and Chukwudi Iwuji.
